"PASIPLAT: A glimpse of Capiz culture and Events" |
ROXAS City – More than 80 photographs depicting Capiz tourism potentials and cultural events are now on exhibit at the atrium of the Provincial Capitol in Roxas City.
“Pasiplat” (Hiligaynon term for glimpse) exhibit is staged by the Capiz Provincial Press Bureau (CPPB) in view of the 2012 Provincial Tourism Week (PTW) celebration.
The pictures which are creatively displayed on bulletin boards are further enhanced by a lighting at the venue for better appreciation of viewers.
Local government officials "in action" also have their share at the exhibit that is being complemented by a Festival Costume Showcase on the adjacent side of the venue.
The exhibit will be an opportunity for the CPPB to showcase its multimedia equipment and its well-trained manpower that boosts the information program of the province.
On September 27, the exhibit will be transferred to Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center here to be part of the 1st Tourism Expo which will run until September 29.
