ROXAS CITY - Gov. Victor A. Tanco gave computer sets to five district hospitals in the province Monday.

The equipment were received by Dr. Florencio Luching for the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital (RMPH) and Dao District Hospital; Dr. Jean Gloria for Tapaz District Hospital; Ma. Venus Loretizo for Bailan District Hospital and Maila Martelino for Mambusao District Hospital.

The computer systems will be mainly used for the Primary Care Benefit (PCB) program of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). It will serves as the database facility of the Provincial Government which has an estimated 30,000 sponsored members data.

Each computer set is powered with an Intel Core i3 processor, 2GB DDR3 RAM with complete accessories including an 18.5 Led Color Monitor, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), printer, table and chair. (CPPB /Melinda Dellano)
