PANAY, Capiz – The provincial government of Capiz through the administration of Gov. Victor A. Tanco supported the PhilHealth Mobile Orientation Validation & Enrollment Scheme (MOVES) at Panay Civic Center here November 6.
The event aims to educate new member beneficiaries of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHilHealth) about the coverage, benefits and how a family can avail the sponsored program and other health services.
“The Provincial Government of Capiz fully supports the program to help Capizeños in the marginalized sector in their hospital needs and in times of health emergencies,” Tanco said.
Currently, the municipality of Panay has 1,947 beneficiaries that the Provincial Government of Capiz is sponsoring, PhilHealth provincial chief Joe Frederick Diaz disclosed. (cppb/Froilan Unarce)
