The Cignal HD Spikers is a professional women's volleyball team participating in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), the first professional women's volleyball league in the Philippines.
Cignal is owned and operated by Cignal TV, Inc. which is part of the PLDT Group of Companies.

The team was founded in 2013 when it competed in the discontinued Philippine Superliga (PSL). It found initial success as it finished runner-up in both the Invitational and Grand Prix conferences of the PSL in 2013. It however failed to capture the crown in the succeeding years until it finished as Co-champion in the 2017 Invitational conference.

PVL Games will be aired live on One Sports (free to Air Ch 41 and Cignal CH 6) and One Sports+ (Cignal Ch 91 SD, Ch 261 HD) with both channels also available on Cignal’s OTT Platform, Cignal Play, with video on demand also available on the platform.
Matches will also be streamed on social media application KUMU and on the league’s official website pvl.ph. Livestream of the games will also be accessible on Smart GigaPlay, a platform exclusively for Smart subscribers.
