The Department of Agriculture (DA) allocated P62 million for the farmers in Capiz, particularly to help them improve their farm production and income.
According to the DA, the amount will be used to procure farm machineries, equipment, and inputs that will be distributed to qualified farmers’ groups in the province.
Of the said amount, the DA allocated P56 million for rice production, P3.5 million for corn production, and P2.5 million for other high-value crops.
